Jake Doering

Jake started teaching Squash in Milton in 1981. He & his family moved to Elora in 1988 and he began teaching at Elora Racquets. He took his Level 1 Coach Certification and, over the years, developed a strong Junior program that produced some of Ontario’s strongest players. In 1997, Jake purchased Elora Racquets and worked tirelessly to run a successful Racquets club for 17 years! Since selling the club in 2014, Jake is still highly involved with the club doing what he does best -- sharing his love of Racquet sports and teaching people to play to their best ability. In 2014, Jake was recognized by Squash Ontario and awarded the Mark Sachvie Coaching Achievement Award.
