Pickleball Season Wrap-Up: Thank you for a Fantastic 2025!
As this cooler weather settles in and we sadly close the outdoor tennis / pickleball courts, we want to take a moment to celebrate an amazing Pickleball season at CW Racquets!
This year, our pickleball community continued to grow -- with about 90 players participating in our evening Scramble leagues throughout the season. Whether you were a first-time player or a seasoned competitor, your energy and enthusiasm made every game a great one!
Highlights from the 2025 Season include:
Black Knight's Knight to Remember Team tournament
A sold out team tournament with 40 players from around the region. Black Knight was here with paddles to try and prizes.
Team Blue won the A division. Team Pink won the B division. Was such a fun event!
A Divison Winners: Dave Silva, Ken Miller, Christa Nirvong, Josh Cranston, David McGill
B Divison Winners: Melissa Roblee, Paula Newton, Steph Tomlin, Cheryl Donkersgoed and Kate Shaver

3 Divisions. 40 players total. A super HOT day for early October!

Tuesday & Thursday Evening Scramble League Nights
These two leagues ran every week from April to October. We usually had the max of 32 members each night!
Our Scramble league nights brought players together of all levels for good games and post-match fun.
Spring Drill & Play clinics
We started off the season with Drill & Play clinics for beginners. They had a blast learning and then most of them joined our league nights!
A huge thank-you to everyone who came out to play or cheer from the sidelines. You've helped make pickleball one of the most vibrant parts of our club!
Looking Ahead to 2026
We are already looking forward to next season -- with more fun events and opportunities for new players to get involved.
